If David did not know the answer to a question he was honest in his reply. None of that side stepping other agents tend to do. But always replied after seeking the correct answers from all concerned within the hour and we were never left uninformed. That's a wonderful very reassuring attitude in these uncertain times. Not easy selling and buying in a pandemic but thanks to David the process was positive and we felt supported all the way. He kept in regular touch with us throughout lockdown, constantly updating us on when we would be able to put the house on the market. Such a professional throughout the whole selling process.
