We purchased the house during lockdown and unable to view it in person. Disappointed when we asked if the fridge had water to it and Melissa said yes, as it didn’t and it did affect our purchase of a new fridge. Melissa did let us do a walk through when we were in the area which was appreciated. We were given three keys on settlement which don’t belong to this house. We received no internal garage door keys at all. I did ask Melissa to follow up with previous owners and haven’t heard back.
