Over the last 2 years we’ve attended dozens of home opens, meeting the same “cookie cutter” agents who hand you a brochure, stare right through you as if you were a ghost and give you a vibe that they would rather be somewhere else. Nancy was a breath of fresh air, she was energetic, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. From start to finish, the process was seamless, unfortunately, settlement happened while we were in covid isolation so we weren’t able to have a glass of champagne while we received the keys, thinking outside the box, Nancy organised flowers and a bottle of bubbly to be delivered to our house so we were still able to celebrate, a lovely touch that meant a lot to us. All in all, Nancy was a pleasure to work with, communication was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase or sell through her as an agent.
