From the moment we met at the open house to the handover of the keys after settlement, we felt supported. It had been over 40 years since we purchased our family home so the whole process was very unfamilar and at times emotionally overwhelming for me. They explained the offer process and then supported us in understanding what felt like a mammoth amount of strata documentation. This support and generosity with their time continued right the way through to settlement. They went above and beyond by suggesting then arranging an additional viewing during the settlement period for our daughter who would be visiting from interstate for Christmas (many thanks to the Sellers too).
