Great Agent
Wayne has an amazing knowledge of the market. He was a great support and adviser throughout the whole process, including helping me find a new home! His communication skills are outstanding and he proved to be very honest in his advice. I interviewed 4 agents and none came close to his knowledge and integrity. Strongly recommend Wayne for any real estate matters.

An all rounder

Worth his weight in Gold
In an industry not generally known for its ethics, Wayne Singh is invaluable. Refreshingly honest, genuine and straightforward , Wayne managed to dispel my fears and concerns and gained my complete confidence in his ability and commitment in getting the best price for my property. And true to his word, within days of my property going on the market, he managed to secure a sale price which exceeded my expectations by some $20,000. If only he could be cloned! No effort was too great, no hour too late and his friendly nature and ready smile made what could have been a very stressful experience, an absolute pleasure.

Fantastic agent
Where do I start? I cannot rave about Wayne’s service and commitment and customer service enough. I contacted Wayne back in September/October 2016, as I wanted to appoint an agent who followed the Neil Jenman philosophy. At that time, I was not even sure if I was going to sell my property, neither had I decided which of the 2 properties I was going to sell. Wayne answered my emails and all my questions in great detail, and went to visit both my properties to give me advice re: which one would be best to sell, if and when I was ready. He even suggested not to sell, if I didn’t need to. How honest is that!!! In addition, I live overseas, so there was a time difference of 2-3 hours, but Wayne had calls with me late at night Sydney time, and even called me when he was on holiday. So, it was a non-brainer to appoint Wayne as my agent when I decided to sell my Surry Hills house, even though he does not live in the area, and against the advice of another real estate agent who was located in that area. Wayne was also one of the only real estate agents who did not push me to sell by auction. The fees were also absolutely justified, as Wayne got me a good offer within 4 days. As I live overseas, Wayne also liaised directly with my solicitor and the real estate agent that managed the property I was selling. All along, Wayne was incredibly responsive, and a pleasure to talk to. In fact, I miss our chats now J I cannot recommend Wayne more. Hopefully, the above proves this.”

Sold for over asking price!
Wayne is an excellent agent and worked hard to sell this property. He spares no effort and goes to great lengths to make the sale, and it really paid off for us, as he managed to sell the property for higher than the asking price. We are really grateful to Wayne and would not hesitate to recommend him.
