Wayne was extremely professional with his approach and provided me with realistic appraisal of the value of the property and a practical marketing plan. I am a retired Policeman. I have studied Psychology in particular human behaviour. At one stage at the height of the market I had a real estate agent knock on the front door about once a week, making big promises and not delivering. After a period of time I had a very good idea what my property was worth. I also had the luxury of the experiences of the previous so called agents. I was introduced to Wayne Singh by a satisfied customer and friend. Wayne impressed me at once firstly with his professional appearance and manner. I realized he was a straight shooter. No lies, no rubbish. Wayne did indeed sell my house within a week of listing, at asking, which was a record at the time. Upon settlement the new buyer unfortunately due to ill health and beyond his control defaulted on the purchase. By this time the market had taken a turn for the worse and properties had dropped in value by about 10%. I made a mental note to go to church more often and confess my sins. Suddenly I had found myself from, a golden boy finding me the best deal possible to no sale of a development site in a declining market. Wayne took the time to fully explain the situation and strategies going forward and was available 24/7 for any silly questions. To my amazement within a week to Wayne had a found new buyer for my property at the original asking price which was incredible at the time. Sale went through, with Wayne maintaining contact right throughout the process which was a big reassurance. Anyone who does the course and passes makes some cards leases a fancy car, can call himself a real estate agent and there are plenty of them.
