Shirley is an intelligent and diligent agent. She considered the interest of the vendor and also helped the purchaser to solve the potential problem. I was buying the property representing a relative who lives overseas at the moment. Due to the physical absence of the purchaser in the whole process there were a quite few difficulties, however Shirley tried to solve these issues with alternative procedure.
