Before we contacted Wayne we had been advised by another local agent who highlighted all the negativities of our property with the current downturn in the market. Wayne has a different approach. He is so uplifting, a glass half full person. He was always willing to go the extra mile to secure a sale. He presents well and is personable, very professional but humble in his approach. My experience with Wayne in selling my house in Beverly Hills was so easy and worry free. He kept me informed almost daily and had great photos done to show the best of my property.
