Being the purchasers Shane had no obligation to work in our interests, however he went out of his way to make sure this transaction went smoothly for both us and the sellers, with an outcome that all involved were happy with. We currently don't live locally so appreciated Shane going the extra mile keeping in regular contact with updates throughout the whole process. We have bought and sold property many times over the years and Shane is by far the best, most easy-going real estate agent we have ever dealt with (and not pushy at all!). Shane was the agent that negotiated the purchase of my property in Bargara. He took the time to understand my needs, and provided fantastic property advice. I liked that he was honest, and I felt that he genuinely had my best interests at heart. After 6 months of looking, I found the perfect doer upper and shook hands on the deal during the first inspection. I spent a few years renovating my property, and when I decided to sell, I knew exactly who I wanted to be my agent. I had a good idea of what the property was worth, and Shane agreed with my valuation. He was committed, open, straightforward and efficient, which is exactly what I like when it comes to doing business. We managed to secure a contract after only three weeks, and the whole thing was done and dusted within the month. I think this reflects a realistic sales price and Shane’s high levels of interpersonal skills. I could not recommend Shane highly enough if you are looking for a great sales agent. He knows the market and gets the job done.
