We were absentee vendors, so did most of the discussion with Brent, Anthony and Gary by phone, email or text. Brent and Anthony knee the local market extremely well and after discussion with Anthony, we decided to list the property at a price that was very close to our expectations(and the guidance by Brent and Anthony). Thanks to Anthony’s efforts we had our first inspection a few hours after finalising the paperwork. Another buyers came through the following day and we had a multi offer situation. Anthony managed this process extremely professionally, showing no favour to either party, and we signed a contract the following day. Gary attended the Building and Pest inspection with the buyer and was able to overcome any queries. After having my property previously listed with other agents with no traction and no feedback I was disheartened. Selling my property was my largest financial asset, and attached with memories, this proved to be an emotional journey.
