We couldn’t be happier with the service that Brent and Tylah provided.
Brent and Tylah sold our property in Svensson Heights and achieved a sale price that was higher than we had realistically been hoping for. We engaged Realway after inviting offers from a few agents. It was difficult to choose between the agents, but we went with Brent primarily due to his communication style. He also provided us with the highest appraisal figure, which didn’t hurt. Although Brent was confident of his appraisal we were a little sceptical. The marketing campaign was very professional and thankfully very short. We received an offer after the first and only open house. The sale price was in line with Brent’s appraisal and higher than the appraisals we received from the other agents. Throughout the process we were very impressed with the responsiveness and completeness of the service that Brent and Tylah provided. No complaints at all from two very happy vendors.

A Gentleman and A Scholar!
Brent was fantastic to deal with, even when we made his task a bit more difficult than usual. It was a long process, as we well expected, but at no stage did we feel out of the loop. Brent kept us updated about the entire process whether it was good or bad news. Furthermore once genuine interest was affirmed he was quick to contact and genuinely thrilled for us. Brent continued to contact us frequently throughout the final stages of the sale and was very prompt with all communication. We felt very informed and supported throughout the entire process, including answering all my questions. To top it all off his congratulations on the settlement date was warm and heartfelt. Brent is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. His professional conduct and manner mixed with a good dash of Australian authenticity/cheek was appreciated throughout the whole endeavor. * side note: all the dealings with the office staff were fantastic as well!

Another Property Sold by Brent Illingworth
Brent has just recently sold another property for my family. His market knowledge is fantastic and advise on pricing was spot on. We were only on the market for a week when we had several offers. Property was sold with one of these offers and was all settled within 30 day. I would highly recommend Brent and his team at Realway if you are selling or buying a house.
