Once we had decided to sell our property, we were recommended Shane who had sold properties for other family members and received excellent reviews. Due to our age and limited mobility, we were a little nervous with the thought of the sale process, but Shane assisted with the inspections and kept us at ease and informed at all times Shane listed and sold our property in a professional manner and was the smoothest sale of a property we have had. It was a surprise to see Shane have a buyer so quickly and communicated the process at every step. Would recommend Shane to anyone that is contemplating selling.

Brent was very easy to work with throughout our sale. We had an initial offer which fell through due to the buyer. Brent was all over it and put the effort in to follow up on the other offers. With very little time Brent had us some great offers on the table and helped us through the process. We ended up with a great outcome for all involved. We had multiple parties to communicate with and he was all over it. Keeping us informed and making sure the relevant information was sent to the correct party involved. Would use Brent again in the future.
