Selling our house was always going to be a stressful time. Living nowhere near the area made it even more so. Having to put our trust in someone long distance. Our buyer was the third contract adam had managed to get for us and I think he was as happy as us to see it get over the line...and over asking price. Right from the start Adam was enthusiastic and dogged in finding us a buyer. Always happy to arrange a tradie we needed, offer advice , a bit of encouragement when we felt it was never going to be sorted. He worked damn hard with plenty of open houses and chasing up interested parties wherever he could find them. With interest rates rising and less people looking at the area he had feelers out all over the east coast for people looking to move north. Even with two parties unable to complete sales we thought we had he kept on pushing and found us a buyer with finances in place and got it done. Always keeping us up to date with progress, staying positive. I chose Adam out of three agents I short-listed in the area and I have absolutely no regrets. First time I met him in person while we were fixing things on the house ( we aren't local), I knew I chose right. He just had that energy you knew would get it there. And he did. SOLD. Over asking price...and way over what the other two agents said we they could get for us!

Shane was such a great person to help with the sale of my Dads property (deceased estate), he was compassionate and made the process very easy.
