Selling our house was always going to be a stressful time. Living nowhere near the area made it even more so. Having to put our trust in someone long distance. Our buyer was the third contract adam had managed to get for us and I think he was as happy as us to see it get over the line...and over asking price. Right from the start Adam was enthusiastic and dogged in finding us a buyer. Always happy to arrange a tradie we needed, offer advice , a bit of encouragement when we felt it was never going to be sorted. He worked damn hard with plenty of open houses and chasing up interested parties wherever he could find them. With interest rates rising and less people looking at the area he had feelers out all over the east coast for people looking to move north. Even with two parties unable to complete sales we thought we had he kept on pushing and found us a buyer with finances in place and got it done. Always keeping us up to date with progress, staying positive. I chose Adam out of three agents I short-listed in the area and I have absolutely no regrets. First time I met him in person while we were fixing things on the house ( we aren't local), I knew I chose right. He just had that energy you knew would get it there. And he did. SOLD. Over asking price...and way over what the other two agents said we they could get for us!

It was a pleasure having Brent as our agent. He did absolutely everything from communicating with out lender and solicitors to making a custom sign for us all to get chocolates and a gift card. I would recommend Brent to anyone he is one hell of an agent.

Shane was such a great person to help with the sale of my Dads property (deceased estate), he was compassionate and made the process very easy. Losing a parent is very emotional and Shane took the stress of selling the house away from me and my family which was such relief during such a hard time in our lives. Adam was easy to talk to. Answered any questions that I had throughout the process. Did a lot of extra things like organising the pool safety certificate and liaising with Body Corporate to make sure all the boxes were ticked for sale of the unit.

We came back to Brent Illingworth to sell our house as we had gone through him to buy it and he did the most amazing job for us so we new that our house would be in the best hands. We found brent Illingworth to be very professional, The communication was amazing he keep in contact with us all the way through our sale from start to finish this made it very easy for us as it was our first house that we had ever sold. When we fist had a talk to brent in his office we had decided on a price that we wanted he was very honest in advising us that it might be hard to get what we wanted but he would give it a hard go and that he did we were very happy with the price that we got for our house.
