What could have been a very difficult process become an easy and stress free experience. Right from the start Brent made myself and my brothers feel at ease with our decision to sell our fathers house. It was my choice to go through Brent, but his manner and professionalism had my brothers on board from the very first meeting. We were kept up to date with all the open homes that were carried out and what transpired from each event. As first time sellers we had numerous questions, and Brent was able to provide answers whenever we needed them. We had a reasonably tight deadline to sell, but Brents confidence never faltered and this carried over to us. In the end the sale went through well within our deadline and for a very respectable price. I do not hesitate in recommending Brent to anybody who is looking to sell. I have never met Brent face to face but I feel I have known him for years. His communication is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for him or his staff. I live 1400 kms from Brent and at no stage was I left out of updates regarding our sale. His market knowledge was next level.
