We found Brent to be positive, honest and energetic, even though he was probably exhausted! He was busy but it seemed he always had time for any questions we had. We were kept up to date, well informed and had a very smooth sale of our property. Prior to meeting him, we really enjoyed reading Brent's enthusiasm and uplifting comments around his own team on Facebook, it says a lot when a leader praises and appreciates his crew. Life Changing
I met Gary in 2016 hoping to be able to sell my house. I had in fact spoken to several agents but Gary really stood out to me as the only agent I wanted to look after me. He could have sold the house for me in 2016 but on his advice I waited. He took a risk on missing out on the listing. I so appreciate Gary's integrity, honesty and genuine caring of other people. I checked in with Gary regularly over the following years and he was always willing to take time talk through the present situation. We have been very fortunate to sell our house only recently. An open home one weekend and an offer the following Thursday, it has now been settled without fuss and the result has been life changing for me. He not only took care of me, but he was thoughtful and considerate of our tenant and I am sure even the buyer which I appreciated so much. It certainly was not a result I was expecting after the events of the last few years. It was such a long wait and I'm so glad I followed Gary's advice. I highly recommend that before you do anything, check with Gary first. Best real estate agent ever!!!!!
