Adam was a pleasure to deal with in selling our property. He was so professional and we really did like his “down to earth” approach. He did a remarkable write up on the property and arranged for an excellent photographer to capture the best of our property. Listed Wednesday afternoon and Open House arranged for the following Saturday morning. In between on the Friday he received a phone offer. On the next Tuesday we agreed to the increased offer and the deal was done 40 day settlement and no fuss, it was so quick it took us a bit my surprise.
