Our experience with Gary as a buyer was a positive one. He helped us navigate through some tricky moments in the buying process and helped renegotiate sale terms with the vendor that met our lenders specific requirements. He was responsive in his communications arranging extra viewings when we required it and liaising with B&P and other agencies including our solicitors/broker when required. He gave us space at the viewings to explore the property on our own terms, whilst remaining available to answer questions and we didn’t feel under pressure at any point, as I have previously felt with other realtors that sometimes follow you around. Overall a great purchase experience.
