We are 1500km away from Bundaberg and have been thinking about our retirement. We are not sure where we want to settle but we know that we want to be warmer so we started looking North of Brisbane, but not too far from a major city! When we decided to look at Bundaberg, we searched on 'Domain' and 'Real Estate' and started making some calls to Real Estate Agents. One of those Real Estates was RealWay and Brent went above and beyond to understand our needs and also to help us understand the Bundaberg local area. Shout out to other members of the RealWay team: Adam Rayner and Ethan McGowan who also provided great service and advice at different times. Second shout out to the entire office administration staff who have assisted with everything we have needed. It is so important to have a great team around you and RealWay certainly has that. Market knowledge - Brent and each individual at RealWay we spoke to, gave us in-depth information about the current market in Bundaberg, distances of houses to amenities and the beach, the terrain surrounding the city and suburbs (on a hill, flat, has flooded previously etc). We are very happy with the local knowledge that has been shared with us. Communication - We are grateful that Brent suggested adding our names to RealWay's interested parties list in order to receive some hot off the press offers. We received an email with the details of our property and then when we called Brent, he was able to talk us through all the details. Brent was patient and answered all our questions. Professionalism - The cherry on top was Brent walking us through the property via phone video so that we could actually see what the place looked like.
