Right from the start there was no pressure with Valerie Fall while we were preparing to sell my Mums house. I chose her services because the reviews were good. Initially we were just after a valuation and we said we would always come back to her. She was very patient, didn't hassle us and then when the time was right (and the market had improved) we hit all systems go. She quietly went about her business with open house weekends and following up with information until the house was sold.
