I can’t thank Valerie enough! She made what was a stressful situation a breeze! She kept us in the loop the entire process and reached out post settlement to ensure we were happy and comfortable. I’ve used Valerie more than once to sell, and if I was to purchase or sell in the Ipswich area again, she is the only agent I would call. I cannot fault her service and work ethic! Valerie knows the market and responds accordingly. 10/10. Thank you Valerie!

We have had the pleasure of buying a house from Valerie Fall as the agent and also selling a house with Valerie Fall as our agent. I can wholeheartedly recommend Valerie if you are wishing to sell your home. She is an absolute pleasure to have the job of selling your home. You can be assured that she will get you the best price possible. She is dedicated and honest and will give you an appraisal that reflects what the market is doing. I can’t recommend her highly enough. A true professional.

Found Valerie to be knowledgeable in her area of expertise without being pushy. House was priced at a reasonable starting point and I was able to view the house at my own pace and any questions I asked were promptly answered. Made an offer that was accepted by the previous owners and all paperwork and installation of the new type of fire alarms was attended to prior to settlement. Would recommend Valerie to anyone buying or selling real estate in the Ipswich region.

Val has sold two houses for me now. She has a very good knowledge of the Flinders View area. Val took care of all the legwork as far as pest and building inspections. Always available if I had any questions. Would gladly recommend her and would definitely get her to sell my next property.

I had just had a bad experience with a previous agent, and Mick was able to reassure me regarding my property. The property had some specific local government requirements for building which made it a little more difficult to sell, but Mick assured me he could do it and in the and kicked the goal for me. Cheers mick. You're a to; bloke.
