We recently used Mick at Realway Property to sell our house in Rosewood, West of Ipswich. Mick and Franchise owner Karen from the Realway, from the first day they sighted the property, were exactly the agents we needed to sell the property. I wanted honest feedback (positive or negative) to know how to improve the house and property ready for sale. Some things we agreed on and not agree on, but I accepted, they are Real Estate agents who do this every day. When I allowed them to guide us through the whole process, it was hassle free and I had to trust their judgement on the decisions. Mick and I bounced many ideas and suggestions off each other, and Mick knew my approach where I also understood his approach. Throughout the process, he highlighted what will work and not work, and was bang on each time. Mick was ahead of many factors ensuring we didn't miss anything or leave it to last minute, either on smoke alarm installation or a document needing to be signed and submitted. In summary, we allowed agents to be a 'real estate agent' and even though I had expectations on what I wanted selling a house - Mick and I could have great conversations, which then always resulted in a positive outcome.

Both Nev and I were pleased with Karen and her Real Way Team in respect of the sale at 55. Everything was made clear and the electronic signatures, whilst not as easy for us, would be to more computer literate people. We only had a few days in the Ipswich area to look at potential homes, having looked online before we arrived. Of our shortlist of ten or so properties, we bought the only one we were able to look at, despite trying to book inspections the week before. Most agents were simply not interested. Val, however, was friendly and professional. She arranged an inspection at the time we requested and did not push the sale. She told us of features and potential problems and remained constantly ready to help us arrange building inspections and paperwork remotely throughout the purchasing process. We felt she was on our side as well as that of the vendor. She even took extra photos of the view from the balcony for us.

Karen was incredibly supportive of my circumstances being interstate and trying to sell my house. She provided considerable guidance in completing documentation, liaised with my conveyancer to progress the sale within short timeframes and was available whenever I required assistance or guidance on a matter.
