Fantastic person
Val Fall is the most knowledgeable Real Estate agent on local properties. Wonderful person naturally. Val had a signed contract on my property in less than 3 days and sold it in 30 days. If you want your house sold then Val Fall is the person to turn it into gold !!! That's what she did for me.

Helpful Agent
Val helped us in every possible way from the moment we were thinking of selling our home. She understood the market in our area and also suggested ways to style the house for a successful sale. She followed through on everything she said or we asked her. She knew her role and she did it well achieving a sale in the timeframe she had suggested.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent
Some Real Estate Agents have a reputation for being pushy. Valerie was easy to deal with, she listened to what i was looking for and understood i needed to stick to my budget. I hadn't bought a house for some years and she guided me through the process. She's the ultimate professional. I would highly recommend her.

Simply the best!
I have bought and sold 5 residences, and while I may not have had experiences with a large number of Real Estate Agents, I have had dealings with 10 different agents on occasions. My experience with Val makes her the best, which by simple maths puts her in the top 10%.
