My daughter works in real estate and told me to look at "ratemyagent" when looking for someone to sell my property, however my daughter did the leg work for me and put on to 2 agents that she would recommend after reading about them. I opted for Valerie who appeared to fit my needs at the time and how right i was for choosing her. Valerie bent over backwards for me during some difficult times I had trying to sell my property. Valerie worked exceptionally well for me "the seller", especially during some of the trying times i encountered. Given the circumstances I never felt pushed or swayed for a quick sale, Valerie always kept a professional manner about herself, which was great because it reinforced to me that she was out working for me as an agent to get the best deal. Because i lived so far away from my investment property Valerie always offered up solutions to over come any issues i have had getting to the property which was a huge relieve to me.
