Nancy & myself invited Andrew to present RealWay Realty to us as a prospective agent for the selling of our property 4 Redbank road Redcliffe We had a fixed list price of just below $420K, Andrew did his presentation in a very professional manner & guided us to put the home on the market for $449K with some hesitation we agreed Andrew also said he had 3 strong prospective buyers on his books looking for a home like ours & felt it want last very long. We signed the documentation on the Sunday evening the marketing program commenced on the Monday including photography all was complete by the Thursday. Andrew rang myself on the Friday evening to inform me that he had a buyer that would go to $445K were we interested, I said I would speak to my wife & get back to him, we agreed to the price and all parties signed the agreed contract amount. Nancy & myself went house hunting on the Saturday found the replacement home & signed a contract on the Sunday, within 1 week we had sold our principle home for more than we expected and bought a nice replacement home for less than we expected to pay. Andrew Reibelt is an awesome agent!!!! He was very attentive & involved and we sold our home in 3 days!!! Wahoo!!! We would have appreciated knowing more about the conditions of the contract of sale i.e. what are fixtures and what's not. We would also have appreciated a clearer idea of what our home was actually worth. This was a bit ambiguous. Overall we are very satisfied and we have already recommended, Andrew to our friends. We wouldn't hesitate to use his services ourselves in the future.

We sold our house through Andrew. We live on the other side of the country and throughout the sale of the house, I was travelling and had limited access to printers. Andrew and his staff made the sale of my house exceptionally easy, even if i had all the access I would have considered it easy, but without the access, I was surprised at how well the sale was handled and the communication was great.
