Andrew was excellent to deal with from the time he met with me to discuss the sale through to settlement day. I found him to be honest and knowledgable about the market and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their home. Only disappointing thing I encountered was the comments published by the buyer about the "sellers reluctance to clean and make place available on time ". from meeting with Andrew through to the signing of contract was fast and efficient work, Andrew kept us informed of the buying process and sellers wants up to date.
