I normally do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Michael & Tracey from Redden's Real Estate, calls for an exception. Michael & Tracey, put quality over quantity when it came to helping my family and me sell our parent's family home. What I mean by quality is the family was not just a “number” to him, he genuinely cared to get to know us and familiarize himself with what we were comfortable with when selling our parent's home. An added bonus was his contacts in the market and knowing the current market trends and the family home was sold within 7 days. Michael & Tracey were 100% professional at all times, patient with our asks, and knew when to be aggressive in order to get the house under contract! They communicated with us from the day the residence was placed on the market until the day of the change over of contracts.
