We bought this house a few years ago and Louise was the agent. She was really helpful and went out of her way to help us with the settlement. Louise's valuation for the property was the highest amongst local agents contacted. Louise negotiated an excellent outcome for me, only 4% lower than her original valuation in challenging market conditions whilst prices generally were falling rapidly. Together with her team, she provided consistent proactive advice and support and found the buyer with 3 weeks of the first advertisement. The materials created for the website were excellent, both photos and the text capturing the qualities of the villa which had been my home for 30 years, its facilites and location. My wife and I are past retirement age and we recently had our rental house at Redland Bay sold by Louise Denisenko and her team from Remax Cleveland. That sale took some time and I am sure a lot of patience on Louise’s part and our son was very happy with the resulting sale. Louise was lovely to work with, very helpful and communicative without being pushy (like some other real estate agents seem to be). She responded to all our queries and communications promptly and professionally, and accomodated all our inspections and the handover of keys at a time that worked with our busy schedule, even after hours where I was unable to take time off work, which I really appreciate, as it allowed my partner and I to get the keys together. This made the purchase of our first home that little bit more special.
