Louise was lovely to work with, very helpful and communicative without being pushy (like some other real estate agents seem to be). She responded to all our queries and communications promptly and professionally, and accomodated all our inspections and the handover of keys at a time that worked with our busy schedule, even after hours where I was unable to take time off work, which I really appreciate, as it allowed my partner and I to get the keys together. This made the purchase of our first home that little bit more special.
