Our experience with Cassandra from l.j.hooker was fantastic from the moment we engaged her services. We explained over the phone what we were looking for and our budget and she immediately went to work and found us a decent list of property's that were suitable. She was available and on time when we arrived on Macleay, and had organised everyng in advance. We managed to find the property we were looking for by the end of the day and she maintained contact and was helpful through the whole process. Cassandra comes across as a nice person and was friendly to talk to to. She was prompt with her communication, corresponding even beyond business hours. I did not have to remind her of things, and felt she had a good grasp of all the details that were relevant to the sale. We got a good price and it sold quite quickly. To what extent that was due to Cassandra is hard for me to say, but I was very pleased with the result.

I was looking for someone to sell my house on Russell Island... when I met Kat I knew she was the person to sell my house straight away- wonderful personality, down to earth lady, did a fantastic job on the marketing side on things - drone shots, walk through commentary and photos of the house all on the first day.
