Kat was great to buy through - helpful, professional and reliable. She went out of her way to share island knowledge and show us the property highlights, even organising a morning kayak so I could enjoy the block from its waterfront! The comics and movies had it all wrong. Wonder Woman wasn’t someone from the island of Themyscira going under the plainclothes identity of ‘Diana Prince’, she’s Kat Gawlik from the island of Lamb. I called Kat to put my block on the market on a Friday, and thanks to her local presence, by the following Monday (just four days later) she delivered a contract for my asking price. Five stars aren’t nearly enough.
