Outstanding service!

My house was only on the market for 2 days!
After searching the internet and asking for a couple of quotes from different agents, my wife and I decided to select Redmond Howe. His " no pushy salesman demeanour" won us over. Together with the fact that we live in the USA and had not met him, we wanted to use someone we felt that we could trust and would work hard for us. Well we couldn't have asked for more from him. After obtaining professional photos and an awesome For Sale sign, Redmond put our house on the market, 2 days later we had an offer, we asked Redmond to counter with a higher price and he achieved the sale. We found our experience with Redmond Howe to be very professional and informative. Again, I state we live overseas and he made this whole process very easy for us. We have no hesitation in recommending Redmond Howe we would definitely use him again.

Best real estate agent in Perth!
Redmond has it all! I bought my Beldon house off Redmond 2 years ago and knew from the positive experience I had that I would use him to sell my Banksia Grove house when the time came. He was friendly, super easy to contact and extremely responsive, had answers to every question I had and was happy providing advice. The thing that sets Redmond apart from any other real estate agent I've dealt with - and there has been a few, is that he actually cares! He is so friendly and positive, he makes even the worst of situations (like dealing with selling a house after a separation) an enjoyable experience. He has a very calming and supportive persona and that is invaluable when dealing with super stressful situations like buying and selling a home (i.e. outlaying all of your savings or dealing with debt!). No question was a dumb question, he would never leave my texts or emails unreplied to within an hour or so, dropped paperwork off to make it easier and the list goes on. Rowan started with a previous real estate agent who was a nightmare! Pushy, abrasive, tried to undervalue our home for a quick sale and it was a terrible experience. I put Rowan onto Redmond and straight away the stress disintegrated. Basically, long story short - whether you are buying or selling, Redmond is your guy and will get you the price you want in the quickest possible time. Thanks for everything Redmond - round 2 with you was even better than our first encounter a couple of years ago! Absolute legend.
