I engaged Redmond Realty as I had known of their business in the local area. I had been following their social media pages on various platforms and had been looking at some of the quality of their listings. Their photography, videos and copywriting were all sensationally presented. One of the main things I had also noticed was the efficiency in which the houses were being sold - most sold very quickly. So, I signed with Redmond and I must say, my high expectations were exceeded. After the property was listed, I already had enquiries before the first open. There were a great number of parties through the first home open and this is all it took to get an offer which I accepted. The whole experience from initial staging advice, to helping with the finer details of the process, to the absolutely clinical follow ups and updates was first class. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would be happy to. I can't wait to sell my next house with Redmond!

We met Redmond when he was the agent for a property we purchased. We were so impressed with the way he handled everything we decided to ask him to sell our house. It was a great decision! I cannot fault Redmond. He was always punctual, has great negotiation skills without being pushy and was very knowledgeable and efficient . He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Redmond took the stress out of selling our property and thanks to him we found the whole process easy and everything went smoothly. He managed to get a buyer in good time with an offer we were happy with. If you want an agent that is fantastic at his job, an absolute pleasure to work with and has great communication skills then I would encourage you to give Redmond a call!

I’ve had my fair share of untrustworthy agents in the past which has left me a bit jaded. . . . Then I met Redmond and chose him to sell my investment unit. What a breath of fresh air he is, fully committed to the process, as well as being totally straightforward and real about pricing and marketing of the property. I was able to trust his knowledge and handover the process to him with no qualms. Redmond also gives of his time and energy unreservedly, with a cheery yet professional disposition. Redmond was the agent we dealt with on the purchase of our house first home. From first time viewing Redmond was prompt with the organising of first viewing, and questions sent via email. During the first visit he was polite, inviting and knowledgable of the property and its surroundings. Luke assisted in selling our family home which was very precious to us all. After meeting with Luke we knew he was the person to sell our house, as he showed a high level of professionalism, was very knowledgeable and has great interpersonal skills. He understood exactly what we wanted! He kept us up to date on the whole process throughout the sale. He was very patient and accomodating, he definitely went above and beyond for us. When deciding to proceed with the sale of our property we intended to obtain an initial appraisal from One Agency as well as 2 other agents who operate locally. However after meeting Luke from One Agency, we both agreed that he met the requirements of an agent with whom we would be happy. Our gut feelings were completely satisfied. Luke was extremely professional in all aspects of the sale and kept us informed on every step in the process on almost a daily basis. Our expectation was that our property would be on the market for at least 3-4 months, so we were exceptionally pleased that Luke was able to present us with offers within 10 days of it being advertised and negotiated a successful sale over the following 24 hours. We found Luke to be a very genuine and likeable person and would have no hesitation in engaging his services again or recommending him to other prospective customers.
