Pressure was on with only 3 weeks to prepare for market and find a buyer to secure our new home (2 weeks after photos were uploaded). We were subject to sale and the owner of our new address really wanted to pull out to accept a better offer. Anyway, I for one didn't think it was possible but Gina was confident throughout reassuring us our old home was market ready with prospective buyers jumping at the bit. Gina's knowledge of the Northern suburbs proved so valuable and kept us informed virtually every second day with updates on market conditions & offers etc. To conclude, we would not even consider another agent if and when we ever need to experience the same again.
