My wife and I were positively blown away by the level of professionalism, knowledge, amazing service and the strong care factor that Sonia gave to us while selling our house. Sonia took time to learn about our situation, answered any and all questions that we had, and worked closely with us to not only get the price we were happy with for our house but also exceeded it. We thoroughly recommend Sonia from Redmond Realty. A++
Sonia changed my mind about real estate agents, well her anyway....She has excellent Knowledge of the market, her communication, promptness, negotiation skills second to none. I can't recommend Sonia highly enough!! The Best agent in Greenwood, if not Perth. If and when I do put my next house on the market, I know who I will be contracting, the agent I can trust 100% Soina Makoare....Oh and did I mention she got me 120k over my expectation. Thank you so much.
