Ready and willing to sellers needs
Convincing Mum to down size has been hard work but with Monique's local knowledge of the Noosa Waters market the sale was fast and efficent achieving a better than expected result. It was so much easier with Monique
We arrived in Noosa and were on a mission to find a house within 2 weeks and move in within 4 weeks. (Not an easy task in Noosa) Luckily we had Monique and the Reed and Co Team on our side. Monique knew our wish list and she delivered on every point and i’m glad to say we manage to move in before our 4 week target. The absolute bonus is that all of our neighbors are just fantastic and we are living the dream here in Noosa. Delivering results despite COVID 19 uncertainty.
Given that every 2nd house offered for sale in Noosa Waters has a Reed & Co sign out the front, we decided to talk to Adrian about the sale of our house. We communicated to Adrian the pre-Covid sale price we were after and made it clear that we would not sell for a penny less. We left absolutely everything to Adrian and his team - advertising, staging, etc - this was important to us given how short on time we are. 8 weeks later (after precise briefings every step of the way) he delivered a wonderful purchaser for our home at the price we nominated. Job done - we could not be happier! A special note too for the wider team and Reed & Co who Adrian mobilised - everyone was fully acquainted with our property, our goals and were massively keen to see us achieve our desired result.

Joyful experience
What a roller coaster finding a new home for my family has been, and what a variety of agents I have had to deal with. Thank goodness Kate was the agent of the home of our dreams. Honest and trustworthy
I’m a salesperson myself and pride myself on honesty and I follow through every lead. I met Mark when I was enquiring about a house for sale. He was the only agent that asked me what my circumstances were and as soon as I met him I could tell he was honest and going to chase every single lead. So I signed him up on the spot to sell my place. I mystery shopped Mark during my first open house (sorry Mark :) ) and he came through with flying colours even pointing things out such as the extra high garage door for the bigger 4wd that I hadn’t even realised! I highly recommend Mark he is professional, honest and reliable.
