Fantastic Agent
Kate was great to deal with from beginning to end. Because of Covid I bought from what I could see online so Kate's input was integral. Most importantly everything that she had told me about the apartment was 100% accurate when I did finally manage to see the place on settlement it was exactly as described by Kate from what I couldn't exactly tell from the pictures themselves, the spacial aspects, sizing, locale and overall from a Noosa perspective what I was buying into. I would 100% recommend Kate as an agent most importantly to my friends and family.

Performance to match the reputation
We were lucky enough to have Kate sell our three bedroom townhouse in Noosaville. We had heard from a LOT of locals she was the best - for her honesty, market knowledge, contacts and her team. We just hoped the hype was true, and it was. So in a word, if you can get Kate, get Kate. Her and her team were pure class from first blush until final sale.

Happy to recommend Reed and Co
We chose Adrian as our agent mostly due to his local knowledge of the area and were not disappointed. Adrian and Darren were knowledgeable, professional, cheerful and positive. During those inevitable times when selling seemed a daunting affair, Adrian's 'glass half full' attitude and Darren's prompt responses to perceived 'issues', lifted the spirits, sorted the problems and carried us onwards to that hoped for 'sold' sign! It seems ludicrous to say that, for us, there was almost a pang of friendship lost when we sold, such was the relationship we'd maintained whilst selling.
