Very nice, pleasant, professional and proactive!
I moved from another agency and I was really disappointed with how my property was managed particularly dealing with the tenant and tenancy. I switched over to Reliance, they gave me a much lower management fee and assured me I will have prospective tenants in within a week. Also got a higher rent than my previous agency. I signed the engagement and they advertised online within 15 minutes. Within 2 days we had a bunch of applications this is during stage 3 Lockdown and I really do not know how they did it but they did! Ashlee is managing my property and she is quite proactive, professional and pleasant to deal with. She shortlisted 6 prospective tenants and typed up a detailed email comparing the 6 applicants, which has never happened with any other agent thus far. This was a first and I have been dealing with different agents for many years managing my properties. These are early days but so far the service standard is beyond expectation, happy to give them a thumbs up and 5 stars based on experience thus far. Goodjob keep it up. :-)
