Friendly and knowledgeable
Suny and partner Gary got us the best price for our house especially during this period of time with interest rates going up and house prices falling. Very knowledgeable in regards to the current market, we weren't harassed during the sale. Thank you Suny and please thank Gary also for his input.

Couldn’t have gone any better
As a first home buyer at first I was very anxious about the whole process to buying my first property. Sunil made this process very easy for me answering any sort of question I had for him about this process. I also couldn’t speak more highly for his communication as he was always making follow up calls again making the the whole process that much less nerve racking. Would highly recommend Sunil and his team at Reliance Real Estate Melton for future business!

A pleasure to deal with
During the sale of our house I found Rutuja very pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable of the current climate and the prices in the surrounding area. I would highly recommend her as your sales agent if you were in the market to buy or sell a property.

Excellent A
Out of numerous Real Estate Agents wanting to sell my property the agent was well-presented, at all times very polite & courteous. Never pushy or forceful. An excellent experience with my needs attended to respectfully. Previously I have bought & sold many properties this being the best experience ever.

Best person to Trust in the market
Since looking to buy first home, I deal with many agents. Well we know real estate agents are hard to trust about information they provide. But my option is wrong after dealing with Sunil, He helped me a lot in understanding the market & explains the pros & cons. His skills in negotiations are good. Finally I am happy to choose him and made my home dream come true in my budget.

Rutu has been great to work with. This was my first purchase and even though we had some disappointments she always had my best interest at heart and didn’t give up ! Appreciate her work ethic & always being available opening homes for me after work hours as that’s when I was available! Thanks to Rutu I am now a home owner :)
