Recently I purchased a property in Harkness, downsizing after living for 40 years in my previous house. It was a new experience, as buying and selling houses has changed. I met Rutuja while looking through the house I bought. She was such a kind and understanding Lady, who seemed to know what I was looking for. She was never too busy to answer my calls and help me in every way possible. Rutuja always had a smile, and made me feel I was listened to and that she cared about how I was feeling. I never felt pressured about anything at any time. I cannot recommend Rutuja highly enough. Highly Recommended
Socorro was very honest and clear from the start of this whole sale process. She really did know the market very well and pushed hard to get me the best price. Also and the sale price was more than I had expected. During the sale I had a few silly questions for her but she made sure I am totally happy and satisfied and understand the whole process. I will highly recommend her to anyone who wants to see what honest and good agents are like.
