Absolutely the best agent
Our experience of Inder and the Reliance team in selling our house was simply awesome. The high level of professionalism coupled with the genuine care that was displayed towards us in assisting us through this process was wonderful. Not only did we experience how a high quality real estate agent should be but at the end of the process we have also gained a friend. Had a great experience with Ravi, definitely he is the best negotiator in the business. As we were able to secure the buyer in two weeks ,where similar properties are listed for 3 months. Life Saver !!!
Selling my first investment property was a massive yet critical task and Alex assisted and navigated me through these murky waters with flying colors. He understood my objectives and and more importantly the market and took ownership of the process from get go. Alex went out of his ways on numerous occasions to help with issues with builder and worked really hard on potential buyers to get this deal closed for me. Working with Inder Vasu at Reliance Real Estate exceeded our expectations. As first time homebuyers, My wife and I were not much familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. We went to see many houses, met many real estate agents but we were not 100% confidant to proceed with any suggestions they provided. Right away, from the very first telephone call, Inder was incredibly friendly and was quick to understand our taste, expectations and constraints we had. He helped us by providing guidance, market insights, and options in the area we are looking for houses and helped us to determine what would be a good fit for us.
