Best agent ever!
Working with Inder Vasu at Reliance Real Estate exceeded our expectations. As first time homebuyers, My wife and I were not much familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. We went to see many houses, met many real estate agents but we were not 100% confidant to proceed with any suggestions they provided. Right away, from the very first telephone call, Inder was incredibly friendly and was quick to understand our taste, expectations and constraints we had. He helped us by providing guidance, market insights, and options in the area we are looking for houses and helped us to determine what would be a good fit for us. Inder was willing to meet us late in the evening and put together the offer letter within a couple days of our first meeting. He was honest and very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved our stress level. We truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. We highly recommend Inder!

Inder was a pleasure to deal with during the process of listing and selling our property. Despite market conditions reversing, Inder was able to still close the deal and get us a reasonable return on our property. Inder was confident, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.
