Efficiency with a smile
After buying our house from Prince in 2019, we were impressed to see him out and about during the summer months doing letter drops and putting in the hard yards. We remained in contact and when deciding to sell recently, were thrilled to again give Prince our business. Makes Dreams Come True
Honey is excellent at his job. He was patient with us getting the house ready for sale and achieved the price we wanted for the sale of our propety. A+ Performance; Record price for our area; Excellent Advice on how the market changed given we were in lockdowns and timed our property launch perfectly. Communication was great and his reassurance was needed given the uncertainty of Covid and the impact on when to sell. Highly recommended to have Honey sell your property. Key player in making the best outcome for us. Forever grateful.

Provides much clarity needed at the time of crucial moments!!
First time, I have met an agent who listens to the needs of the customer and responds with much patience and rather leads the conversation with detailing the process. I would highly recommend Prince to the new home buyers who want honest advise at every step to make their dream home come true. I like Prince's attitude and flexibility around complex situations. Reliable Prince
Prince told me to leave the sale to him. 'Trust me Sir.' he said. I did just that. I left the advertising, the photo shoots, even the conveyancing to him. I asked to get a certain price, he sold for a 'bit more than I was asking' . Listen to him, he will get what you ask. Yep, deal with him again. That's why he gets returning clients.

Fantastic person to work with
