From our first visit to signing our contracts Namneet 'Honey" and Joanne made us feel very comfortable selling our home with Reliance. No over promises were made we could tell from the start he was honest and truthful. The advertising pack he provided on the first visit sold us. He took the time to research our home and area and even had a mock flyer of our house to show us what it would look like. The commission and marketing rate was below other agents in our area but that did not reflect in the hard work he did. Signed with Reliance on the Monday, open house Wednesday signed sold contract on the Friday and we are amazed at the price we got. Honestly my husband and I could not be happier all we keep saying is "AMAZING"! We recommended Reliance to anyone buying or selling.
