When my wife and I first met Namneet and Ravi it was during an appraisal of our house to see if the market would allow us to get a good price for our home. After a brief discussion outlining what we were looking for in a future property, Ravi mentioned that they had a property coming up with a floorplan that would suit us perfectly. This seemed like a bit of a stretch as we hadn’t spent too much time discussing exactly what we were wanting. A short few days later I received a call from Namneet advising that the property we spoke about was available and he sent me the floorplans. My wife and I were immediately interested and organised the first available time to have a look through the property. After walking through the property, we realised that not only was Ravi right (that we would like the floorplan), but also right that we would love the house. A quick chat was had between my wife and I, and we decided to put an offer on the house. There was a little back and forth with another interested party but at the end of the day we were successful in securing a great house that will suit our family perfectly for many years to come. Thank you to Namneet, Ravi and the team at Reliance Real Estate Sunbury for the amazing work they did to allow us to purchase our new house. Coupled with the fact they managed to sell our current house within 21 hours, we couldn’t have asked for more from this amazing team.

Namneet and Ravi first came through our house for an appraisal just to confirm if what we wanted for the house was what could be achieved in the current market. After a quick tour of the house, they both confirmed a price that was above what we were hoping for. Before agreeing to sell our house, Namneet and Ravi were able to help us secure what will hopefully be our forever home at an amazing price (but that is another story for another time). Once we agreed to have Reliance Real Estate Sunbury sell our house, we spoke with Namneet and he mentioned that he had a buyer that would be interested in having a look at our house as they were looking for a similar floorplan to ours. Now, I’m sure every agent says that they have someone interested in the house, just so you will agree to sell with them. The very next day Namneet showed the interested buyers through our house. They had a good look around and were very interested. After a very brief negotiation, Namneet was able to get us the exact sale price we were hoping for! The process of selling your house can be an extremely stressful time, but with Namneet and Ravi it was anything but stressful. They were always available to answer any questions. But most importantly, when they said they would have interested buyers, it was the truth. The exact people they said would be interested were the people who bought the house. Thank you to Namneet, Ravi and the team at Reliance Real Estate Sunbury for the amazing work they did selling our house. All of this happened within 21 hours from agreeing to have them sell our house!
