Excellent and professional
Both Honey and Ravi were incredibly professional and welcoming. They took the time to understand our expectations on selling our house and managed to excel and get a price higher than we expected. Honey had buyers ready for a property with our house’s characteristics and after one day of inspections, we had an offer we couldn’t refuse. It was great work and very fast.

When I first met Prince I was looking to purchase a property in the Sunbury area. What I liked most about Prince was how he always kept in contact with me to keep me updated on properties I might be interested in and to ask me what my thoughts were around properties I had inspected, but at the same time he clearly understood the balance between following up with buyers vs pestering them. When it came time to sell my property in Sunbury I interviewed many agents and decided Prince was the right guy to sell for me. As an agent selling my property I couldn't be happier with how Prince conducted himself and handled the sale. He is always polite, respectful and importantly he always follows up on queries without having to be reminded. Most importantly he delivered on the price range we agreed to sell the property at, which was well above estimates I had received from other potential agents.

A good buying experience
Prince and his team couldn’t have been more helpful. They found us a property after a number of ‘vvip’ viewings. The buying process was made easy with an accurate price given from the start, simple contracts and he even allowed us to add special conditions. The team allowed multiple viewings from us. A building inspector was escorted through the property as was a tradie who gave us a second opinion. Would highly recommend this team if you are considering purchasing a property in Sunbury.

Trustworthy and reliable
Honey and his team helped me so much from the beginning. He made everything easier for me. His team are professional and supportive. Everything I would like to happen relate to selling my house, his team made that happen. What a great experience for a first time home owner, it was sad to sell my first own due to my circumstances but Honey are so understanding and emotional support me the whole selling process. I really appreciated it.
