A few days prior to contacting Honey from Reliance Sunbury we actually made an offer on a house through YPA Sunbury. We inspected the house and gave a verbal offer. Paul from YPA instructed us to come in to Sunbury to put the offer in writing only to arrive and find that the house had been sold to an unconditional offer. Naturally this experience killed our trust with realestate agents until we spoke to Honey from Reliance. We told Honey exactly what we were after and literally within 3 days he had found a property that suited us exactly. It was our first home purchase and we were terrified about such a large investment but Honey made the process so easy. He walked us through the whole process and touched base with us through out. We used Namneet'Honey'Walia to sell our home in Diggers Rest during Covid restrictions and he was outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent for my first house, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily monetarily ), how they promote their listings and how efficiently they sell the properties. Team Honey from Real Estate Sunbury stood out as the best agents I have ever used throughout my life. Their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work (time and effort) into their listings. We spoke with Honey every now and then. He guided us when to make decision as per buyer’s demand. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market and providing tons of info on comparisons in the area. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell due to pandemic. Honey made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a tailored made marketing strategy particularly for our house and a lot more Our house went under contract 24 Hours after we choose him our agent at a price higher than our expectations. We accepted the offer and Honey (and Ravi, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
