A few days prior to contacting Honey from Reliance Sunbury we actually made an offer on a house through YPA Sunbury. We inspected the house and gave a verbal offer. Paul from YPA instructed us to come in to Sunbury to put the offer in writing only to arrive and find that the house had been sold to an unconditional offer. Naturally this experience killed our trust with realestate agents until we spoke to Honey from Reliance.
