Raj Kaur has provided a wonderful and an excellent service. She has always communicated promptly either through Phone or email regarding the next steps to resolve this issue. Also she has made a quick decision to replace the whole Hot Water System and provided a prompt service for the plumber to replace the system as per the scheduled time.
