I am really impressed with the local knowledge and great customer service Raj Kaur has. I started approaching her a few months ago during the construction period of my investment property at New Haven Tarneit. She has always been very supportive and helpful. She treats me as a valuable customer not just a number. I am very confident with her positive attitude towards her customer and her passion for her work. Even though it is such a new estate, my property has been leased even without advertising. She found me good tenants who moved in straight after handover. This is totally out of my expectation. She always attended my questions in a very timely manner. I highly recommend her to other investors who want a passionate professional to look after their rental properties.
